For the past two years I have had the pleasure and privilege of playing bass with my favourite remix victim Linda Smith in The Window Shoppers. We began in a basement in Northeast Baltimore but ended up in the Flamingo Room recording a 13 song extravaganza entitled "Clear Your Dirt." You can buy it online now. As many of you know I started off playing bass and although I love my midi arsenal I missed the band experience. It is so much more enjoyable this time around because equipment prices have dropped substantially, recording technology has improved, and people my age are so much more mature. In other words, there's less drama and better, cheaper gear. I will keep you posted on when we play out again -- it will probably be at the Lucky Bar.
